If you require anything to improve your comfort or to make arrangements for the replenishment of any of your room amenities, please feel free to contact Housekeeping or our Guest Services team.
To be sure your view is the best it can be, we clean your outside windows on a regular basis. We also monitor the outside perimeters of the buildings to ensure cleanliness.

The Housekeeping Department is equipped to handle most laundry needs. Please refer to the Laundry form located in the closet or contact Housekeeping. Dry cleaning is not available in our area.

If you misplace an item, please contact Housekeeping or Guest Reception. We do not automatically forward items left in rooms in respect for guest confidentiality. Shipping costs will be charged to the credit card provided. All items left behind are placed in locked storage for 3 months and any unclaimed items are donated to local charities.

Each room is equipped with a fully stocked Private Bar, with all alcoholic beverages for purchase. For all non-alcoholic items, the first round is on us - and additional items can be purchased. The price list for items in the basket and refrigerator can be found on your guest room iPad. Should you purchase any items from your private bar, within the 24 hours prior to your departure, please advise the Guest Service Representative at time of check-out.

A recycling bin is located in your guest room. A towel on the rack means, “I’ll use it again.” A towel on the floor or in the basket means “please exchange”. Sheets are changed every third day during your stay. If you require this service on a particular day, please leave the card that is found hanging on the towel rack on a pillow or bedside table.
